I am a Caribbean girl now living in the Midwest. I was a teacher in Trinidad for over 17 years. I worked for the first time in the corporate Sector on moving to the US in 2006.

It was enjoyable but I always felt something missing. I saw the sign for the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts, (SCCHA), one day while driving by. I pulled in and signed up. The rest as they say, is history. During my time at SCCHA I have learnt not just about massage or muscle manipulations, but also the deep connection of the body, mind and spirit.

I completed my 600+ hours of massage and took my National Certification Examination which I passed. This indeed has been a great accomplishment.

My philosophy is "Allow the body, mind and spirit to take a vacation; without ever leaving the room."
